About Blu Chip Society.

Blu Chip Society was founded in 2012 by a recent college graduate with a vision to start a community where local young artists, professionals, and consumers could meet, collaborate, and expand. This platform is primarily for expression, a place where people can showcase their passions and share their abilities with others. Instead of competing with one another on the larger platforms we aim to provide a space where all are encouraged to create, share, and even collaborate with each other to help grow their brands and businesses. Each month we feature a specific member from each of our sections so that the entire Society can get eyes on someone new.

Working with Members.

We work with all prospective and current members to deliver a platform and content that will be palatable to their prospective audience. We encourage members to communicate and utilize the services of other members while we showcase the final results. We will also do features with members on our podcast and interview members to give them a chance to address any prospective collaboraters.

Meet The Host and Founder

Born and raised in the New Jersey, Alan Slaughter is a college educated jack of all trades. Dabbling in music, video, and stage production he tries to surround himself not only with art but also with artists. Growing up with a recording studio in his house he witnessed his father compose, record, and produce an album all by himself using all of his own resources. This is what started his interest in music and production. As a standout athlete in high school he became one of the more recognizable faces in his area and this helped him hone his social skills. He went on to pledge and become president of his college fraternity, work on several television production crews, and co-found an online fitness company. Now he has his sights set on creating a podcast and promotion website that focuses on up and coming artists and businesses. He does not however want his creation to stop there. All are welcome to join Blu Chip Society and help shape its future.
